I read once he signed a 4 movie contract with Netflix so, I will assume it is.
I think the contract deal only count Happy Madison films. This isn't Happy Madison film. This supposed to be more serious Adam Sandler movie like Punch Drunk Love and Reign Over Me.

I thought it may be since he has some of his family members in this also like he always does in Happy Madison films but this isn't one of of those.
Knowing Noah Baumbach, this film will most likely be released by Fox Searchlight.
