If I learned anything from S1 it's that nothing is ever all wrapped up. There are hundreds/thousands/millions of ways they could make a second season.
CW execs are idiots if they cancel this show. Luckily for us the people at Netflix aren't that stupid.

they might cancel it doesn't seem that popular, but it being on the CW means it has a chance if it was on one of the major networks it likely would be a goner already.
I'm sorry but this show is never gonna get picked up for a 2nd season directly through Netflix, it's not of high enough quality. The only chance it's got is if CW (the ones you call idiots) renew it.
Personally I don't think it deserves a second season. I've seen every episode but I felt they told their story in the first season and doesn't need to be extended any further. Stupidly though they left it on a cliffhanger instead of just wrapping the damn thing up.
they pretty much did wrap up things as the figured out who the killer was. they did a mini cliffhanger in case there is a 2nd season.
why not Netflix they have alot of obscure shows that would never last on network TV.
I know Netflix are the ones who confronted the CW about picking it up for a 2nd season on their end. Has the CW "officially" canceled this show? Because I haven't heard anything "official" from the CW as of yet, they could change their minds b/c this is TVD's last year so I think Frequency should be picked up especially w/the fantastic cast it has if not than I think Netflix would be a great place for this show and maybe even give the writers more to work with b/c Netflix would give them more freedom than a regular network.
I just want it back b/c I love the cast and story line - it deserves a 2nd season. I'm so sick of shows I watch getting canned and/or a couple of them its their last season b/c they been on for 7 years one show and the other for 8 years. I WANT FREQUENCY BACK PLEASE !

If they get high enough numbers on Netflix according to Carver it has much better chances for renewal.
