Who was that person?

Who was the gentleman featured several times burbling in Bolton's ear about racism? He's not part of the cast list, and the Met evidently doesn't believe in listing staff on-line or showing pictures of the people who work there. In any case, I hope the person departs that job toot sweet because he didn't appear to bring anything to the party except sky-is-falling what-if's.
