I love the show but it made me laugh a little, especially when they were walking back to the house the first time after hearing the coyotes Nick is in the lead.

When Nick attempts to let the viewer listen to what he recorded he holds the recorder's distorted tiny speaker up to the camera's microphone. At least plug the recorder into an AUX jack. It's like they blew the budget on a almost useless 6K camera and there is nothing left in the budget for extra Micro-SD cards.

Yeah I have noticed that, we aren't getting the refined EVP's that we got on GAC cleaning up all the extra noises.
I don't think I have seen Katrina hold the speaker up to the mic. She doesn't seem to get as much or claim to get as much as Nick does.
