Zak and Nick

Hey, guys...I'm new to this scene...I just started watching Ghost Adventures late last year...Since then I have caught up with many, many episodes of earlier seasons of the show, and have just finished up all the episodes of Paranormal Lockdown...

I apologize because I have no doubt this has been discussed many, many times already, but did Nick and Zak have a falling out? Why did Nick leave? Was he told to leave? I read somewhere, that they dropped Nick from their twitter accounts and so on...Can someone give me just a brief summation as to what/if something went down?

As someone who just recently caught on to these shows, it makes me curious to learn more behind the scenes and such.

Thanks

In short Zak's ego took over GA when they were supposed to all be equals.

Pretty much what the other poster said. GHOST ADVENTORS was created by Zak and Nik, and originally the team of friends were very even in terms of who gets the most say in front of the camera. And it was just basically 3 friends hanging out looking for ghosts.

But then Zak more and more wanted to put himself in the forfront and become way to convinient with telling the other guys what to do and that became the end of their friendship I believe.

If you've seen the latest 2 seasons without Nick in it you probably have noticed that he likes to punk Aaron around a bit, telling him to go to places that he himself is to scared of or whatever.

I think it was Zak taking center stage, gradually distancing Nick from the audience. When the opportunity came where he could be a far more substantial and less supporting character, Nick took it

According to Aaron, Nick breached his contract by making another show while contracted to Ghost Adventures and was fired.

Zap seemed like a big pain in the neck and Nick...comes across as not that bright, Katrina is a better performer but the show is certainly not smooth.

The Statler or Stadler Hotel....they seemed to have a very talkative ghost and I understood what the box said. Something that never happens for me. Nick will say the box said something...I will say, no. The box did not say that. Whatever, it was actually kind of fun tonight.

You're right about that! I like Nick, I think he's a sweet, thoughtful, kind person - and so cute. He's always been my favorite. But I get the sense that he's not very sharp. On tonight's episode when everyone heard a loud bang in the hotel, Nick was walking around awestruck afterward, and he goes "It went 'BOOM!'"

LOL. OMG....Well yes, Nick, it did. It was a bang, and bangs do indeed go BOOM.
