GSS is like ALS on steroids. The GSS patient could barely move and was even slowly losing his ability to talk yet after a simple bag of IV fluid it's like MAGIC & he can walk perfectly & is COMPLETELY normal again!! LMAO!!
We are NOWHERE near this DRAMATIC & MONUMENTAL a cure for ALS so this outcome is PURE fantasy!

It WAS IV fluid! YOU are the one not paying attention! At the end Bell is getting an IV bag ready to give him the treatment despite W's warning to not give a treatment that isn't FDA approved!
Remember this is a DRUG not approved by the FDA! You deliver a drug by IV, injection, or pill! They didn't give him a pill to swallow when he couldn't swallow because he was on a feeding tube.
