10 Things I Learned From Watching Pure Genius

You got your wish, "Pure Genius" will join the long parade of failed network TV shows. This is one reason I am more familiar with cable TV shows; the shows that aren't pablum-bland and/or "Hip and Young" are gone after Season One. Oh well, I can catch Neil DeGrasse Tyson where no network TV show dares to go, and "Vikings" slash and pillage to their heart's content. "Pure Genius" is definitely a work of fiction, since even hit medical dramas have roughly half of their patients die. If this had been billed as "Merlin Medical," located just outside Shrek's swamp, it would get at least one more season.
