Chuck Greene (spoiler)

I thought that was really cool at the end when Chuck made his appearance in the chopper. What did he mean though when he said to Jesse Metcalfe's character? Was his daughter one of the survivors (In Dead Rising 3 she had a different first name)? Or maybe Jesse helped her before this movie since there is a two year storyline gap?
