Are from people who have actually seen this? I'm going to guess about half.

shareThen explain the motivation by so many to give such a low rating, especially before they could even watch it. Only hate could motivate that, and most hate comes from some form of bigotry.
Not all people who dislike Obama are racists of course (I dislike him because he is just another corporatist/1%/warmonger shill, Bush with a sun tan), but I also am not rating something I have yet to see because I'm not motivated by raging hatred, just a cold disapproval.
And I've seen some of the worst movies ever (such as http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099524/?ref_=tt_rec_tt and I still haven't rated anything lower than a 2. I really doubt this is a terrible movie; it's probably so-so to good, and I'll rate it accordingly if I watch it. So the low ratings have to come from pure infantile intolerant hate.
They probably marked it so low because Obama was a terrible president, yet he already has two movies based off of him, both of which seemingly glorifying him when he has done nothing good for America since he took office. like him or don't but there is a reason Trump wants to undo everything that Obama has done.
Plus people rate movies low all the time, it has nothing to do "infantile intolerant hate" as you put it, they just down vote a movie because they can, maybe some of those down votes were based off of hatred, but you cant make the claim that its every one of them, the like or dislike of a movie is so subjective that you really can't make a claim either way.
A rating of a movie good or bad without seeing it is based on bias, projections or bigotry. Rating Obama as a terrible POTUS is based on bigotry, bias or delusion. President Obama turned around the Great Recession in a year before creating over 16 million private sector jobs in the longest period of uninterrupted job growth in our history. Obama achieved historic stock market growth, deficit reductions, expansion of clean energy use, rates of Americans insured, and high school & college graduation rates while achieving historically low health care cost inflation. Obama saved the now flourishing auto industry while also doubling fuel efficiency standards. Our terrible President Obama created p.s. jobs (11.9 million in 8 years) at over 13 times the rates of Bush I & II (.9 million in 12 years) despite the loss of 5 million jobs in his 1st year due to the Great Recession. Obama significantly outperformed the advanced economies in the world. Obama achieved this while overcoming historic GOP opposition costing us millions of jobs by blocking immigration reform, infrastructure investment and the American Jobs Act alone. GOP opposition also substantially increased long-term deficit projections. I guess Bush I & II who gave us historically low job growth and historically high deficits and deficit growth represent your idea of great presidencies. That my friend is delusional.

I won't pretend to know anything about american politics but: Wages stagnant for 17 years! At least some of that has to be put on Bush's plate too. After all Obama didn't become president before 2009.

It's always good to see a movie before rating it. Knowing the facts always helps when evaluating a POTUS. It's good white people voted for President Obama at a higher rate than Gore & Kerry despite all of his 'racebaiting'. Obama is the only president since Eisenhower twice elected with over 51% of the vote. It seems you're doing the race-baiting and dividing you accuse Obama of. Trying to scare blacks about non-existent illegal immigration from Mexicans is an attempt divide us to empower plutocrats and the GOP. Immigration into states and our country supports economic growth which supports blacks, whites and everyone else. The CBO estimated Immigration Reform would create millions of jobs and over a trillion in deficit reductions. GOP race-baiting and division help sky-rocket deficits & debt and kill job creation. There is a reason Clinton and Obama created private sector jobs at over 2 million jobs a year while Bush I & II managed less than 75K (that's over 25 to 1). Clinton and Obama gave us historic deficits reductions while Reagan and Bush I & II gave us historic deficit growth. Most Americans still think Republicans are fiscal conservatives and job creators. Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. GOP luck with Trump and historic levels of GOP control.

Considering that almost 20% gave it a 1, I would say that that's a pretty big chance that they didn't or gave it a ridicolous rating just because they hate Obama in general.
I'm not saying it's the greatest film of all time or anything, but to rate a movie a 1 you really kind of have to think it's one of the worst of all time in which I have a really hard time seeing people thinking.
Also add on the fact that you made this thread 4 weeks before it was even released and even then there were suspicions says it all really.
