lol It was reported by a dozen different websites, DP2 immediately went into reshoots to Fix problems that the test screenings revealed and To ADD to The things that The Test Screening audiences loved

at the end of test screening they give out surveys to the audience, These surveys are designed to ask the questions that reveal what The Audiences loved and hated

This is done with literally 90% of the movies...reshoots always happens very late and they usually always reshoot stuff that the Test Screenings Flagged

In those dozen reports, It said there was A Giant "Alien 3" level plot mistake that Audiences Hated....The rumor was DPs g/f was Killed off in the first 10 mins....this is something that easily could have been reshot and fixed in reshoots...another report was, There wasnt enough Cable and his overall story was Weak....That could have easily been fixed with a few extra scenes shot and edited in in the rights places...

I nor anyone else said they RESHOT the entire movie....lol the fact that you would even say that shows you truly have no clue how Hollywood works

although IRONICALLY there is 1 example of this happening...after BvS premiered on March 25th 2016 to universally Hatred, WB went into full a Panic With Suicide Squad...SS was due out in 4 months and was basically Completed just finishing a few things up....once BvS turned into a trainwreck and WB knew everyone Hated Snyders "Dark, depressing and colorless tone", WB thought Suicide Squad was in deep trouble because It had the same exact tone....This lead WB to do something Unprecedented...They Hired an outside EDITING company to come in and make a completely different cut of The Already completed Suicide Squad with the goal of "Lightening The tone and making it

funnier"...Ayers was the director, He had his owns Editors who made his cut, The cut that was nearly completely, but WB was too afraid of the cut after BvS...

this lead to This new outside Editing company coming in a completely rearranging the film and putting the scenes in different order to try and Lighten the film and make it funny(small Reshoots were done too)...

it culminated With WB showing both cuts to Test Audiences and deciding which ever one got the best scores would be the cut they released

The new cut by the new editors got the better scores and thats the cut they went with...

So believe it or not, There is one case a film was completely redone, reedited and had reshoots in the span of 3 months...

but the key here....there wasnt extensive reshoots...just super extensive EDITING...

Just be smart and look at my past history before posting.

I Admitted I was Disastrously WRONG, The Very Friday it came Out and have since replied at least 25 times talking about how Horrifically Solo BOMBED and how Wrong I was

I even immediately responded in 5 different threads the Friday the film opened to "Queen"(My Enemy whom I have an on going Battle to the death with ) to tell him , I'm now completely with him that the SW franchises is in Deep trouble and He CALLED this ONE perfectly right....

I'm not wrong often about box office, but when I am I immediately admit and OWN it...and then reason why is, I enjoy box office, If I get something wrong, I dont want to create excuses and try to spin in some way that I was right...I want to admit I wrong, figure why I was wrong so I dont make the same mistake again...

had you Literally just looked at any of my posts in the last 2 weeks, You would have seen I am in fact "An Adult" and More than admitted I was wrong...

I even go into Why I was wrong and what I think happened to cause SOLO to perform this horrifically....because believe it or NOT ...EVERYONE MISSED on SOLO....

No one predicted or saw this kind of drastic decline coming, Even the people that thought it was going to flop or struggle, didnt think these kind of results were coming....The absolute lowest prediction I saw for SOLO was 500 M WW....Its going to struggle to make 400 M

So again I say to you, Just be a Good Poster and do a little research before commenting....Had you took 2 minutes to look at any of posts in the past 2 weeks you would have Literally seen NOTHING but Me admitting I was wrong and even congratulating my DREADED enemy Of Perfectly calling SOLOs demise...

I even went into detail talking about how RIGHT he was about The Hatred and Frustration over The Last Jedi....I had been arguing for 6 month that It was only a small Minority that Hated TLJ and the facts proved the overwhelming Majority LOVED it.....

Queen had been saying for 6 months and that it was more than a small majority and The Hate for TLJ would cause SOLO to flop and that The SW franchise was in trouble after how much TLJ was Hated....

Within 20 minutes of deadline reporting the early Projections on the day SOLO opened, I bumped several threads telling Queen....YOU were 1000% right and I was wrong....it wasnt just a small minority that Hated TLJ....For SOLO to have declines like this, YOU were right,, TLJ was hated and There is a boycott going on...

I get it, You read I past post that turned out to be wrong, and you bump it , I've done it too....The difference is though, I at least check the history to see if the person admitted they were wrong or is still coming up with excuses...

in the future just check someones history before condemning them...They might surprise you, you may check their history and see they were quite "Adult" about the situation and had no problem admitting they were wrong

DP2 could easily have a larger than normal drop in its 2nd weekend due to SOLO....

average 2nd weekend drops for CBMs are anything around 55%...

With DP2 excellent reviews and Great WOM, You would except a 50% drop....

but with Solo coming out, DP2 may have a 60% drop....which would 1000% mean DP2 lost about 20 Million dollars in its 2nd weekend due to SOLO and more over its run...

But Hey Its entirely possible I could be wrong, I also thought Avengers IW may have its biggest drop Last weekend when it was going against DP2...I thought a 60% drop COULD be coming there too....but AIW held up astonishing well against DP2 and basically Showed NO EFFECT from DP2 opening(lol hey queen good call on DP2 showing up to suck all the oxygen out of the room from Avengers IW)

queen, while SOLO is disappointing, Its certainly costing DP2 Money....

DEAD GOD A 40 Million 2nd WEEKEND would be a 65%+ 2nd weekend drop...

and 45 Million second weekend would be 60%+....

It Seems DP2 just doesnt have Great WOM PLUS SOLO is sucking some of the oxygen out of the room...

It the 40 to 45 M holds up....DP2 might not even get to 300 Million domestic...

Bottom Line....If these numbers old up.....DP2 was truly in A HORRIBLE position just as I predicted

theres just no way DP2 should have 60 to 65% Collapses , thats Due to SOLO coming out 7 days later

and to be fair.....I'm still going to be right about 2/3 of my prediction...

I not only predicted DP2 to decline on OW....but also I predicted its domestic total to Be Less than DP1s and Its world Wide Total to be less than DP1....which IMO both are still going to happen, My exact prediction was(IMO DP2 is going to be a smash hit, but is going to decline and making between 110 to 125 M and between 700 to 750 M)...

and finally...You do realize Bo.com is only predicting DP2 to top DP1s OW by less than 1% right?...They are predicting a 133 M OW....

thats entirely too close to be celebrating a win queen...

Its also entirely possible DP2 could get Bad to Luke Warm reviews, The only thing that been released so far is, "Twitter reactions"....BvS and JL both had amazing Twitter Reactions...

my prediction was perfectly in bounds, I in no way said DP2 was going to flop, I said it would be A smash hit but decline.....

The prediction could end up being wrong but nothing about it makes me look like an idiot....

and to be perfectly honestly....I only remember saying "No Way" 2 times....Once here...

and when you Predicted Ready Player One to make

85 M on OW---I said NO WAY
200 Million + domestically---I said NO WAY
700 Million + World Wide---I said NO WAY
250 Million In China---I said No WAY

The Point of Making a Prediction is to stand by it..If you want to call that Moronic Certainty..thats fine..but the facts are when you made those RPO one predictions, I felt 100% certain you wouldnt get close on any of them...So I said what I meant.... "NO WAY" it makes any of those..I was right

I felt 100% certain DP2 would not gross as much as DP1....Just did not feel it could capture the feel fire as The first 1...so I felt confident saying and Predicting DP2 Will decline...

I think the big difference between you and I is....You are shooting in The dark...you dont say anything with certainty because you dont understand box office...

I say "guarantee" and "No way" because I feel strongly that I know what I'm talking about and My history on heres backs that up

you just through out Absurd Predictions that Miss by Hundreds of Millions and Miss by 70 M+ ....you then dont ever care about those predictions because you've because DUMB to failure, You've been wrong so many times, your so used it, you just move on like its normal because it is normal to you...I on the hand, Admit when I'm wrong, I admit it because its not normal for me, right now it looks like I'm going to be wrong about DP2, I'm admitting that, but More Because I love box office, I'm watching DP2 and seeing how and why it did better than I thought so I can dont make the same mistake again...

and from what I'm seeing and reading....This looks like its coming down to...Deadpool 2 is Just Great...they had another screening today for critics, and the ones I've seen so far, are Overwhelmingly positive, all saying its funnier than the first and has better action...

Overall The Hype and Tracking is extremely Similar to DP1, no better or no worse...But It looks to me Like DP2 is fantastic! and thats going to play a huge factor in it gaining some big Hype over the next 3 days

right now If Deadpool 2 opened...Based on the tracking in could opening anywhere from 130 to 140 M...which again Is either slightly less than DP1, the same, or slightly ahead.

I think DP2 is gonna receive a HUGE BUMP in Hype in the next 3 days that will lead it to Probably open over 140 to 150 M...

reactions so far are just too great...

again this is the major difference between us, I dont have some Odd Hatred for Disney that Makes me incapable of admitting I'm wrong or being happy a film I gave a wrong Prediction is gonna do good...

You Hate Disney So much, even when your predictions fail and The Movies do Troll Proof Success, You cant move on and you have to try and find a way to troll...

98% of my Predictions are and have been DEAD ON....Missing on 1 and happily admitting it doesnt make me look like an Idiot.....Lets see if your man enough to admit you were completely wrong next week when SOLO literally Makes HUNDREDS of Millions more than you predicted...my guess(no Certainty) is no...Your hatred for Disney Defines you....You'll have to think of a way why SOLO is a failure despite making HUNDREDS of MILLIONS more than you predicted...but me, Nope, I was wrong, I admit it, and I cant wait to see DP2(If I do in fact turn out to be wrong)

yes I've at least 10 times SOLO could cause DP2 to have a HUGE 2nd weekend drop that might be over 60%+....

lol not once has I ever said 70% and the reason why is, I understand box office....It would be completely absurd to expect a 70% drop....some of the worst and most horrible reviewed films of all time havent had 70% drops....it would be against everything I know to suggest some so absurd....

BvS and Suicide Squad have had 2 of the WORST 2nd weekend drops in CBM History....They were Universally hated, Brutally Mocked and got Awful reviews and STILL didnt have 70% drops....I would never suggest A films as well liked as DP would have HISTORIC NEVER BEFORE seen drops....

worth noting I said the same exact thing about AIW.....I've said many times that "AIW might have its biggest decline this weekend against DP2 and it could be over 60%"....but AIW had a pretty damn good hold this weekend instead, very impressive going against DP2 and only dropping 54%

It cant get any worse than this for you queen....It would have been MUCH Less Painfully had DP2 been tracking low for the last 2 weeks, If DP2 was tracking between 120 to 130 Million ....You could have prepared for failure...You certainly would have had hope DP2 comes in Higher, But you would have at least been prepared there was a possibility DP2 might Come in between 120 to 130 M...

Instead The tracking went up to 150 M....You saw NO Possible chance DP2 wouldnt TOP DP1....you at no point prepared for The KICK IN BALLS that was coming.....it just straight Hit you out of no where....

It cant get worse than that....

Just goes to show Test screenings mean nothing and also those results aren't supposed to be released online anyway. Maybe Fox really amped up the jokes. Idk. But they did a pretty good job here.

Until now, I wasn't even aware that this movie ever had a poor test screening. Given how long ago the supposed poor test screenings took place, I wouldn't be surprised if they were all meant to be an early April Fool joke. But I agree how test screenings don't really mean everything in the end.

" Deadpool 2 tested poorly in pre-screenings, Solo's pre-ticket sales are outpacing those of Black Panther".... yada-yada-yada.

They post stuff like this to create buzz, which is fine I guess. Some of if is spitting in the wind though, to see who will respond.
