The Adam Sandler episode was great

That last episode was the best so far.

The karaoke scene, with Nick singing "Nessum dorma" was great!

I agree. I think mostly that was due to Nick - guy can't do anything wrong. ;)
Plus, no kids, no Chale, minimal scene with friends, wife wasn't waving her hands around like a maniac and
overacting.

It underscores the fact that the kids, wife, and friends don't work and need to be killed off (drive-by shooting and then Kevin hooks up with a young hottie with no kids).

I enjoyed it. Feels like the show gets better every episode. Yeah, it reminded me of KOQ when Sandler was in an episode there, and the karaoke reminded me of another KOQ episode, but it was a fun episode with some good laughs.

Do you have any idea which version of that song what sung on the show? Which artist?

reply

No, I did not recognize the voice.

reply

I enjoyed the Adam Sandler episode, but the karaoke scene was a little over the top.

I absolutely hated that episode, not funny at all. The Ray Ramano episode was Ok but this show is really not good.

reply

Hated it too. Kept wondering when the Kevin James cronies would should up. And Adam is horrible at basically everything he does. Can't act on a tv show to save his life. Great at filling his pockets though with slapped together movies.

I have never seem this show and I decided to check it out tonight because I saw a "new" episode would be airing. So I went to the on-demand feature to see what it was like and the Adam Sandler episode is the one I watched.

If this episode was the best one of the season....holy smokes. I actually turned it off. I couldn't sit thru a 20 minute, no commercial show lol

It was awful. The wife, adam, Kevin is always over the top....just painful.

That film-like camera movement and the image of that guy singing with that operatic virtuoso voice... I just burst into laughing with that scene!

Only The Simpsons had made me laugh before!
