Most flippant female love interest I've ever seen

The way she ran back into his arms after watching a youtube video, after calling him an asshole and telling him to go away and get her mom immediately when she came out of the coma. I couldn't buy it at all.

He basically poured his heart out for her, saying how much she meant to him, and she didn't want to hear it and told him to F off. He accepts it then she watches one video of his standup, and immediately falls back in love with him?

At that point, he shoulda kicked her ass to the curb and moved on.
It's like the Chasing Amy story, but if the girl got back together with Silent Bob at the end.
What would be learnt from that??
Thats not even a story with any kind of resolution, it's just characters going around in a circle ending up in the exact same spot.

That's what I hated about this movie.
