Why did she act so idiotically at the hearing?

I understand that she was traumatized by the rape, and the sight of the rapists at court. But all she had to do was identify them. Just look at the prosecutor, and identify. Instead, she goes all, “Tina Tina Tina” at the stand, then putting her head down, shaking, and babbling like an idiot. Just act normal. That’s one the reasons the judge let the defendants off.
