Is Jason Momoa too homo erotic for this franchise?

It's a series which thrills in it's bromances from Dom and The Rock to The Rock and Jason Statham.

But is Jason Momoa just too much homo eroticism to keep the hard edged tone of the muscle flexing hand shakes in place or does it go simply too far in the "Dillon you son of a bitch" oiled up direction?
