I found a new reason to be excited, despite the awful previews. "Afterlife with Archie" and "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" are both the best horror comics I've read. I just assumed some random ass CW person was running everything. I'm back on board the hype train.

Have you tried Harrow County and/or Coffin Hill? They're both really excellent supernatural horror comics. Both would make superb television shows, too.
But yeah I just read Chilling Adventures. I ordered Afterlife With Archie which I should get tomorrow, excited to read it and I don't even like zombies.
I didn't realize that comic writer was the Riverdale writer as well but that makes me very happy, and definitely ups my anticipation level.

Coffin Hill is about a cop, who happens to be a witch, who left her town 10 years ago after a magical disaster in the woods (can't say much else without spoilers). She returns to Coffin Hill in the first issue, she finds out she unleashed something that night 10 years ago that's still haunting the woods.
Harrow County is a Southern Gothic tale about a girl named Emmy, who's grown up always aware of supernatural beings that live in and around the woods where she's always lived, at the start of the series she's about to turn 18 and she gets wrapped up in a supernatural adventure, and realizes she's connected in some way to everything that's going on. Most of the stuff seems to go back to the past, when the townsfolk burned a witch.
If you like those I also just discovered a comic called Rachel Rising, it's kind of a mix between zombies and witches, it's like reading a television show. :)

just started reading afterlife with archie i wonder if they gonna turn ginger and nancy lesbian straight from the get go since it the writer is the one who made them gay in the first place in afterlife with archie also cannot wait for sabrina to show up i have heard rumors that she gonna show up
