Terrible Animation

Can someone tell me why all of CN's cartoons now have this "Adventure Time" animation style? I know Adventure Time was a huge hit, but do they really have to copy its style on every single one of their cartoons? I can't take this show seriously. What was wrong with the animation style from the original Justice League, Justice League: Unlimited, Young Justice, or Teen Titans? Is this animation style cheaper or quicker to churn out episodes? I know Avatar/Korra had a problem with this, but that animation was outstanding.

The show doesn´t take itself seriously in the first place. It was never meant to. It´s fun, great fun, and it´s all that matters.

YES! This IS the reason for the animation style - and it plays well with younger kids. For us adults - we've got the great writing of Paul Dini, Alan Burnett, Stan Berkowitz, etc to help entertain us. Also - you get used to the style - least I have. This style is going to allow them to make 52 episodes a year - which is awesome. I'll sacrifice a bit of art to get great stories any day - and most of these eps have been great - especially considering the 11 min runtime. But if you're looking for stellar animation AND stellar writing - you're in luck cause Young Justice finally returns for Season 3 this year - can't wait! But until then - I'm really enjoying JLA - much more than I thought I would.

I guess it's a cost cutting measure. It doesn't look as bad as Teen Titans Go, at least from what I saw from commercials.

Whatever you are, be a good one.
