Disappointed in series finale...spoilers

While I enjoyed the episode and the show as a whole, I can't understand why she would kiss Sam. It's ridiculous. So Sam didn't want to lie to the court but he will have to lie bad say he was exually harassed? And she didn't even discuss this plot with I'm first? And she did that in front of Wallace without considering his feelings? Total disrespect.
