THIS!

If you watch TV shows with your kids, you need to rent movies or DVDs that you have pre-screened. Otherwise you should play games or read books. Language is getting worse and worse in TV now.

reply

Our new president makes them sound like prudes.

At least he's not a liar like the "old" president.

UncleRob:

Get real. Out new idiot-in-chief constantly lies about any and every damn thing any chance he gets, and you know it. Stop trying to act like he's better than our last president---he isn't fit to wear or kiss #44's shoes, and he knows it. Only the idiots who voted for him think he's all that, with his sorry unqualified a**. Even other republicans are getting sick and tired of his a**. And,hell no, everyone dosen't want to hear foul language on regular TV, especially if they have kids around. That's what cable and the internet are for.

I actually find it refreshing to see people talking like real people! It's so frustrating when you have grown adults saying 'freakin' or 'bull hockey' or 'frak'. UGH. Step outside, you'll hear all sorts of words that for some reason, we can't say on broadcast TV. It's not like we're protecting the children <clutches my chest>; they hear it day and day out on the playground, at the mall, hel1, on the school bus. Get over it; it's just words. (of course, IMDB censors everything thus the creative ways to get around them.

reply

They don't say stuff like that on broadcast because it's a channel everyone gets for free. Not everybody is interested in hearing foul language. There's a difference between hearing it in public and beaming it into your house.

"Boobs" is not a bad word! Nor is "peeing" or "Fat Pam" it was the lady's nickname. And "Urban Youth" is not considered bad either, it's PC... You don't like it, don't watch. Easy-peasy, lemon-squeezy. Oh no! Is that a bad word?
