Canada. Freeform doesn't have the budget to film in London.

As backdrop. Other shows does that without ever visiting the area. Way cheaper that way especially for a cable suffering from collapsing TV ratings. Once PLL ends, this network is screwed.
sharezyrah-88144 - you're wrong. My daughter has been involved in this shoot and appears in multiple episodes. Guilt was filmed in and around London, UK, earlier this year.

Yup - she was at various locations - including Clissold Park in East London, a couple of places in the West End, and also Croydon in South London ;)

I work around Shad Thames in London and there's been some filming there too. Boston court in e01 is really the Design Museum. There are a lot of scenes involving Butler's Wharf throughout the season too
shareIt is shot in London, I remember a couple of articles back when they were filming episodes. Granted I'm not sure if the show will be renewed since I'm sure the budget to film will also be taken to account along with the low ratings.
