Fr. Marcus' childhood(spoilers)

Man, that orphanage scene was really wild! Keeping a violently possessed guy chained up and making the boys go in the room with him one by one to see how they'd react.

Was it some sort of ninja-like lifelong training for exorcists? A very poorly thought out reality show? I knew there was a Satanic cult in the episode and when I saw that stuff going on I thought that was it!

I'd like to see more flashbacks about those monks and what they were thinking or trying to accomplish. It was cool that Marcus wasn't afraid, or at least not for long.
