Just goes to show it doesn't take a huge budget to make a good movie

Wind River was made for only $11 million and yet it's one of the best films of the year. It just goes to show that it doesn't take a ton of money to make a good movie. It's pretty amazing how this relatively cheap film is so much more satisfying that than many films that cost two, three, four times as much.

It's going to be interesting to see what Taylor Sheridan does from here. After writing Sicario and Hell or High Water, and now writing and directing Wind River, it seems like the dude is just golden.
