stupid font

the clock has always been based on an LED display known as a "7-segment" display.

it takes 7 LED parts/lines to form a full number 8, and any number from 0-9.

why in god's name are they introducing extra segments for all the numbers... particularly 7 which has two "magic" diagonal components?

oh... trust me, i know -- it's a show, not a documentary... fuck that shit!!!
