Well, I'm only speculating here, but if the programme makers knew when it was due to be broadcast, they would also have known that HMP Holloway is now closed, and the inmates have been moved to two locations in Surrey, so they would have crossed the Thames Northbound... Except that I think they showed her crossing Waterloo bridge Southbound... So Gawd knows... Just another inconsistency to chalk up... I've been abroad and have only watched the first episode, but taped the other three... Is it truly as awful as other posts make it out to be?.. Should I simply erase it?.. I've seen things you people wouldn't believe...
It's strange as they twice explicitly say Holloway which would not require crossing the Thames.
I'm certain the first shot in Episode 3 is northbound.
The second very brief shot from the transport van seems to show the rail bridge into Canon Street so the van would have had to be crossing Blackfriars Bridge rather than Waterloo,
