Started watching and had to turn. Kendall pranks Kim, who does not know it is a prank she tells her she is pregnant, upset and does not know what to do and guess what Kim does?? You guessed it, makes it all about her and how she can't really get into it because she is tired the kids were up and she didn't get sleep and on and on. The others then made it sound like she was a good sister because she didn't judge. Of course not, because it was all about her not what her sister was potentially going through.

I bet that prank call was staged and Kim knew about it the whole time. She lost me when she whined about being up all night with the kids. More like the nannies. 

From what I got out of it was that Kim was telling the story to show Kendall how hard it is to be a parent. She said at least once that her experiences should be birth control for her sisters. I do agree that the call was probably planned though.

I think so too. That was the first show wasn't it? I was surprised that Kim wouldn't know that Khloe was filming her first episode and that Kendall was supposed to be a guest
