Will it beat AMITYVILLE THE AWAKENING in being released?

Another direct-to-video crap-o-rama "sequel". I'm sure it will be god-awful (just look at the ghastly last four direct-to-video travesties, THE AMITYVILLE HAUNTING, AMITYVILLE ASYLUM, AMITYVILLE DEATH HOUSE and AMITYVILLE THEATER. UGH). I'll still see this/buy this (I have them all...), but I'm actually dreading the prospect of another wasted 90 minutes of crap.

That being said, I wonder if this will actually BEAT the theatrical release of "AMITYVILLE-THE AWAKENING" into release, now that "AWAKENING" has been pushed back to January 2017. GEEZ!

Actually, I just did the official Swedish subtitles for this movie, and it's actually not that bad. Not for a faux sequeal, anyway. I also did "Halloween III", and that one's way worse.

You work on subtitling movies? That's interesting! I actually use the English subtitles in a lot of movies because the dialog can sometimes be difficult to understand. I'm pretty sure I'm not going deaf but it drives me crazy to not understand the dialog at times. Keep up the good work.
