What sort of liberal dreams gave birth to this abomination?

Listen liberals, stop it with this narrative that black, female, gay and trans people have it sooooo bad in the US.

Oprah - TV Star.
Damon John - Shark Tank.
Peter Thiel - Billionaire Investor.
Caitlyn Jenner - Reality TV Star.

If America was so bad, like The Middle East or Africa or some places in eastern europe. They would have been hunted down and killed in the streets.

Some of you liberals make me laugh. You are literally a cancer on the US. If it's sooooo bad in the US, why don't you f[u]ck off to Europe, Africa or the Middle East because it's so much better over there???

I don't think anyone is gonna take anything you have to say seriously when your signature is basically you telling someone to kill them-self simply because they don't share the same world views as you.

But by comparison to being a straight white male, yeah they had it pretty *beep* bad and to some degree, they still do. *beep* with Trump in Presidency now, it's becoming more acceptable to be an intolerant bigot more and more because they have a sleazy intolerant bigot in the White House to back them up, which only justifies the existence of this TV series even more because it will inform and educate people about what's happened in the past and how we can grow and learn from it, if people like you are willing to learn but I seriously doubt it. Does this mean straight white men should apologize for being straight white men? No more than LGBT people should apologize for being LGBT, or non-white people should apologize for being not white, or women should apologize for being women. They have easier and better lives than people in other countries, absolutely. But that doesn't mean that the fight is over and there isn't room for improvement. It's so damn easy for you to sit there, roll your eyes, and out right dismiss what minority groups go through when you've hardly ever experience first hand what they go through yourself.

I don't consider myself a liberal, I may share some similar viewpoints and beliefs but I wouldn't call myself a liberal but whatever you need to tell yourself to make yourself feel better. Furthermore, there are facts and then there are 'facts'. I like facts, not 'facts' which is just *beep* people like to refer to as 'facts' to make yourselves feel better. For example, I say grass is typically green, which is a fact...then someone like YOU comes along and declares that grass is actually purple and then you label it as a 'fact'.

You are not a conservative and there was nothing wrong with what the OP wrote in response to this propaganda. Someone speaking out, essentially, in a message board, is not anywhere near the fascist and intolerant behavior being pushed on the Left. Your behavior is awful! And don't think historically your *beep* is going to be seen as courageous and heroic because you are tyrants & completely ignorant of your hypocrisy and lack of reasoning. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the Left. Your totalitarian mentality is beyond abhorrent & a direct contradiction of what you claim to be about. It's so ingrained as a bigotry in the entertainment industry that it has made an extremely stagnate and dating product that seem nearly like patriotic propaganda of the 1940's. The similarities of things that would be scoffed or mocked at by the Left are presented heavily in their own behavior and norms. It's very strange to see thes clueless people. I honestly think the backlash to the brainwashing we are witnessing is healthy on these boards and necessary voice. I think the reasons given for the removal of the boards is another method to silence people. They claim it is because very little traffic of ads from having the message boards and that's garbage. Many writers navigate through the site itself to make comments. We read reviews. We read message threads that we may or may not comment in. We look at many different aspects of this website, not just the boards. We also have to bounce around to respond back to people going through the site. I really feel they are trying to silence important and DIVERSE opinions. Sad when the people censoring speech, trying to control thought, burning books and universities are the people who erroneously call themselves "liberal" & "progressive."

There's really no such thing as free speech unless you're a liberal, gay, trans or a brainwashed zombie.
But, if you can think for yourself and have views that oppose their's? That's it. No more 'comments sections'. "We can't have these people refusing to kiss our butts."
These puppets believe anything the media commands them to believe. Sad to be that kind of sheep.

Yeah, people can fight for what they believe in.....unless you disagree with the LBGTQXYZ, liberals and are a Christian. Christians aren't allowed to fight for their beliefs because it doesn't mesh with 'certain people'.
Anyone who stands up for their beliefs that happens to oppose the LBGTQXYZ, you're seen as a bigot.
Well, the gay nazis out there don't agree with Christians because they refuse to bow down.
That makes them the bigots. They are intolerant of anyone who doesn't share their beliefs and goes as far as to sue them, have them arrested for what they absurdly call 'hate speech' and whine all over social media.
So, it's their way or no way?
Not for me. I don't agree with their lifestyle. I don't agree with them being harmed but that's all.

The show should just be called "Straight White Men Suck". I watched like a three-minute trailer in the theater, had never heard anything about the show prior. I didn't get any sense that it was an historical docudrama about the gay rights movement. That's fine if someone wants to do that. It's just that it was advertised as general, modern anti-male/anti-white/anti-straight garbage that takes place in the current woeful obuma/bernie/occupy/SJW era of clueless college kids sipping Starbucks while throwing rocks. The tagline "this is when we fight back" is part of the reason the extremist SJW movement is laughed at. Just live your damn lives to yourself, and people will respect you more. Instead, these people are trying to demonize a particular sector, and that's in part why Trump is president.

I'm sorry for being late to this discussion, but I have to disagree. First off, liberals are not smarter than conservatives, liberals are brain dead idiots. Hate to burst your bubble, but conservatives who work and raise families and who dont adhere to this gay propagandist bullshit, make the world go round.
