why do SOME human beings think OJ did it?

excuse me he was found NOT GUILTY in a court of law. im white and that's good enough for me!

reply

Because the evidence suggests otherwise, and OJ's defense team turned him into a civil rights case.

reply

I take it you didn't watch the film...

reply

i WATCHED the whole thing. it was BIASED!

reply

Trololololol

reply

The evidence against him was overwhelming.

reply

A not guilty verdict never proves innocence, it simply means the jury didn't think the state made its case sufficiently.

reply

Exactly. A verdict of not guilty only means the prosecution did not prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt, in the eyes of that jury. It does not prove innocence. There is no such thing, legally, as being proven innocent.

Most reasonable people realize Simpson was guilty, but got off due to a defense team who out-lawyered the prosecution, the unfortunate climate of the post-Rodney King trial, and … well that's all I can think of at the moment. There's probably more.
