Trailer trashed

I've read recently that a lot of people are trashing this TV movie based on the trailer. Well, the trashing probably started a long time ago since this is another one of Hollywood's ridiculous and completely unnecessary remakes. Ugh. They never learn, do they? I like Abigail Breslin, but no. Just no. Baby Houseman she is not.
