Men do not have abortion rights and nobody will address this elephant

Keep the baby or not to keep?
If he doesn't want a kid and she does, guess what happens to his rights.
Any argument you make is irrelevant since equality is the primary ideal behind the USA in 2016 and has been as long as I've been alive.

There needs to be legal exemption from financial responsibilities for a man that does not want a child, does not want to be a weekend dad or any other legal responsibility. He clearly has no power or right to force the woman into an abortion and there is another level.

If he doesn't want her to have an abortion and she is going to have one anyway?
Where's the court order to stop her?

This issue has never been dealt with properly and anyone that insists a man has no rights is an idiot that should move to a socialist nation where they can lawfully force an abortion so you get a dose of your own logic from an alternative angle.

Most of the time, it's "oops". The guy doesn't really want to be involved. It's just the truth. In these circumstances, the man is not interested in an 18 year commitment.

Actually, I think the man can get an injunction to stop the abortion. IANAL, (I Am Not A Lawyer) but I think in most cases, the man can, at the very least get a hearing before a judge.

Feel free to provide some form of objective evidence.

Unless, you're just making these conclusive statements based on your emotionalism and what you "feel" is true, as opposed to what actually is. In which case we can completely disregard you.
