Why wasn't birth control or adoption ever mentioned; good doc otherwise
I understand the viewpoint of the filmmaker and the hardship that is increasing on these women (who are already making a very hard decision.)
And maybe it was outside of the scope of this film, but I wondered/wonder why birth control is never mentioned? It's now 2017 and I just have a hard time believing that women are not using birth control or don't know how to use it or don't have access to it -- to say nothing of the men. Same with adoption--as an option, is it one for any of these women?
Birth control is certainly cheaper than an abortion and I wonder why the pro-life groups and pro-abortion groups can't meet in the middle and at least agree on that: universal sex education and access and instruction on using birth control.
Just a thought.
