I really hope that's the case, because I have been waiting for a conclusion on this show for years!

Nickelodeon confirmed it November 23rd.

this can't be an official imdb page. It has to be fan-made

I know Nickelodeon said it was happening but "the jungle movie" doesn't sound like an official title.

reply

Perhaps they haven't come up with the official title yet. Craig Bartlett himself affirmed this.

reply

Same! I'm so excited! I've been foolishly hoping that they would revive the Jungle Movie somehow, but Craig Bartlett literally said it was impossible. I'm glad it's happening after all!

I cant believe all 90s show creators were good, and nowadays creators are *beep*

reply

Hey. We still have creators like Alex Hirsch and Rebecca Sugar who create shows like Gravity Falls and Steven Universe.

reply

As much as I love the 90's cartoons, there are some good ones today, but it's a matter of opinion, but the overall cartoon aesthetic has changed and will continue to do so though.

Some, but 90% of great cartoons are from 90s,80s and 60s.

reply

I cant believe this happening now like why show this after 17 years?

reply

The nostalgia factor from the show is high at this point, and I heard there was a petition that garnered enough signs that also got this made.

reply

I'm soooo excited!!!! :)
Just last year my girlfriend bought me this, and we watched through the entire series only to find a few months later that this was officially happening.

reply

We're now officially one year away from the premier. After watching the Legends of the Hidden Temple movie (watch it if you haven't yet!), I'm now really pumped for this!

reply

I recently rewatched the movie on DVD and I forgot how good it was, much better than The Rugrats Movie. I hope this gets a cinema release and not straight to DVD/TV.
