This movie sounds like a copy (no pun intended) of Jordan Peele's Us. It pretty much has the same plot, but with white people, instead of black people. Also, we just had a movie with Keanu Reeves called "Replicas", a similar title.

shareAnd we've had like four Invasion of the Body Snatchers movies, remakes, and sequels long before Jordan Peele, as well as other movies like Robert Heinlein's The Puppetmasters and the really fun movie, The Faculty. The idea was spun off a bit for movies like The Stepford Wives as well. This concept is practically a genre by now.
