Elana's always wanting male attention...

It started while watching the first season when she cut her finger and didn't want Rachel to help her or eve ask if she was ok, but as soon as the chef teaching the class came over she dissolved in tears and let him comfort her!
Then it moved on to when she was supposed to go to the big dance with John and changed her mind and was practically crawling all over Steven, literally making an idiot of herself! Meanwhile even after John had purchased a corsage for her, He and Steven were both embarassed when Elana tried to rearrange the dates so she could have her own way. John ended up taking his mother as his date instead!
Now it seams, after watching the previews for next weeks show, she is causing problems between Angel and
Christina, by flirting with and chasing after Angel! She's already stated in the confessional interview at the begining of the season, that she's jealous of the other girls and wants a boyfriend too. So is this her answer to the issue?
All I know is it sure appears that when she wants her own way, she'll do whatever she has to do to achieve it.
