So the xgf comes to his party yapping about how this baby is Jackson's, that she has the DNA test to prove it, and Jackson is sur prised by all of this.

...so obviously, Jackson's DNA is entered into CODIS already. What's Her Face leaves just as LE is racing to the house to nab him. We don't see all this, of course.
