How did Amy kill her family locked up in that garage?

That doesn't make sense.
Or was she talking about one of the other 9 families she lived with?

reply

She found a way out, killed them and then came back in.

reply

Exactly. It was one of two ways. She either got back into the house. Or she set it in motion before being put in the garage. Either way she got it done.

She had already set the murders in motion before her brother sent her to the garage. Just before she leaves with her brother she looks over at her parents asleep and then the camera lingers on the fireplace with the doors closed on it. Since her parents were asleep they weren't able to put out the fire and carbon monoxide was able to build up. The real question is how the police and fire department were able to get there the next day if you can't see or smell carbon monoxide. What lead them there?

reply

Didn't a neighbor call the cops? They didn't see the dad leave for work or something?

On the way, I saw five hours of sleep - but your fire makes it all worth while.

What I'm more interested in is how did a little girl know what carbon monoxide is and able to kill anyone even in a show, she was clearly already psychotic as the flashbacks showed even before she was possessed then she acts all innocent and did she kill Ralphie the rat or did he get into the sink himself, I just get a feeling she did it since this is after her Dad asked What was wrong with her? Maybe her way of thinking was he doesn't deserve to be trapped and they won't let him be free

reply

She put the rat in the disposal.
