Weird movie ....

Was the point of this movie, him asking himself the question as to whether he was missed or not?

So, the ending to me was fitting ... how else could it end ... there are no happy or harsh answers, no closure, so satisfaction.

I don't really know what to think about this. Did he have a mental breakdown as is in the description of the movie's plot? Why?

What would he do when all is gone, as he said, except the lover? What about the father? No provider. The most scary question of all, does anyone love us just for ourselves?
