Hope this isn't a another show where the main actor (presumably the Coroner), does the job of everyone involved in investigating a crime to bringing justice.
shareAwful series a la CSI where to be honest I cannot see any point in having a police department as all the lab technicians spend all their time swanning around crime scenes and interrogating witnesses.
I'm afraid this series is appalling dross with totally unbelievable story lines.
Very few if any tv shows are accurate. If they were it'd largely be watching them fill out forms and doing administration. Any investigation would have a huge cast each doing small pieces.
They do take liberties in tv. It makes for easier viewing.
This is a nice afternoon show with holiday scenery. I know as we have holidayed there many a time. I guess they had to film this out of season as it's not as good weather as we used to get in the summer.
Lovely part of the country.
Season 2 was filmed between April and July 2016. I know because I was there. My son was a member of the sound crew and I gave him lifts to the various locations as he hasn't passed his driving test yet. Claire and Matt are both very nice genuine people as were the rest of the cast and crew. Incidentally the first episode of Season 2 to be aired was one of the last ones filmed.
