Personally i doubt she is simply blowing hot air. Its a bold statement and flat out lie if expert testing has not rendered a definite conclusion. Sounds like she knows it was planted and can now prove how it was planted.
If we go by the tests she had in her brief, then it's pretty much impossible to confirm that, unless it comes back like something crazy like 1980s.

Note that Zellner uses the word "experiments" - not tests. That makes it sound more dubious since "experiments" could be anything.

Yes, Zellner is amazing... able to confirm blood was planted TWO FULL DAYS before she received the actual blood evidence.
