Is Direct TV missing an episode?

I've been DVRing this series and I wonder if Direct TV has missed showing the third epsiode, or if they've lost it from their on demand list. The third episode I have is "Check a Box," and watching it even makes me feel like I've missed an episode.

IMDB lists:

S1, Ep1 Cigarettes and Funions and Crap

Direct TV lists:

So it looks like Direct TV is missing an episode (and IMDB really needs some plots updated). This is the kind of issue I hate when I want to watch a show all in order!

They were, but all of the episodes are up now.

For me it's still missing. Even though you can choose to play Ep.3 and it says it's playing Ep.3 with the Ep.3 description, it's actually Ep.2. I tried playing Ep.2 and letting it automatically go to the next episode but it just replays Ep.2 again, although the screen says Ep.3. So bummer! I hope DirecTV, er, AT&T fixes this.
