Funniest thing on telly for ages

This is hilarious. They are in the middle of nowhere in a howling gale and Annie's hair rivals the viaduct itself. The prostitutes have fabulous gowns, and they seem rather wealthy on a half dozen clients between them. The stream that is used for everything from drinking to bathing, is crystal clear, and even when the washing is being done there isn't a soap sud in sight. It is a totally sanitised version of what must've been an extremely hard gruelling life. An opportunity to give a history lesson about the Industrial Revolution missed to give us schmaltzy rubbish. So why do I keep on watching...?
