No, no, they were two different ones for sure.
One smaller on the chin and one larger than life on her forehead.
It was so distracting that it started to develop its own personality. I bet this is what actually happened with Tilly on discovery. May's not a mycellial parasite that attached herself to Tilly, it was there all along living peacefully on her FOREHEAD.

Yeah except they replaced the forehead mole with the most annoying character in Star Trek history (besides Stamets & Tilly), May.

Sounds like y’all have personal issues unrelated to Tilly. She has the youthful excitement of the universe it seems you have lost, as you cannot relate to it. What you view as her weakness happens to be her strength.

Michelle Forbes Had a small beuty mark in TNG that grew to tremendious proportions later, she finaly had it removed.
