How come Klingons aren't subtitled? I want to know what they're saying!

When Klingons speak, why are there no subtitles?? I'm watching this on tvonline.cc.

Because that's a pirate site. Not that there aren't proper MKVs with subtitles.

What are MKVs? And so you're saying when the show airs on CBS on Demand it has subtitles?

Not sure if it's on CBS Ondemand but on Netflix it has subs when the Klingons speak.

Netflix even have subs in Klingonese.

They're video files, often with subtitles. I'm not going to explain the pirate scene.

The subs are in there, you're just watching utter pirate shit.

It's weird, because other shows on tvonline.cc have subtitles when needed. I mean, the subtitles should be part of the frame.

That's odd, as every single scene with these characters I've seen has had subtitles so far.
