Why can't he go back to work?

I have only seen the trailer not the film, but it looks like he has had a heart attack, has had treatment and is now back on his feet. Most heart attacks will be followed by an exercise rehabilitation program of 6 weeks. So why did he loose / can't go back to his job?

Because like most of Britain he has a super high sense of entitlement? This film will just validate that.

His doctor says he isn't fit to work yet as he may need further treatment to regulate his heart.
