Performed the worst of the 4, but is that a flop?

If you adjust for inflation, it was the poorest performing box office return of all 4 movies. It did make 270mil globally, which isn't terrible and still profitable. What should the expected returns on a movie like this be, and what are we using as the measure of success today?
