He would have made a great Riggs.I know I'm in the minority here but i was never a big fan of Crawfords Riggs.He seems to be a fan favorite but for me his Devil may care swagger came off as a little over the top/annoying at times.At least for me anyway.
shareAs much as a fan I am of Clayne Crawford, I agree. Although I did stop watching the show after the first couple episodes of season 3, I still agree with you. Clayne, IMO, left big shoes to fill. Sean's character (not the actor), just didnt do it for me. If they had cast SWS as Riggs in the first place (or even if they had recasted him as Riggs), the show would have fared better, IMO.
I may give the show another chance, but after learning that Damon was a diva, its kind of hard to look past that. Loved, loved the first 2 seasons, btw.
Personally I disliked both the character of Riggs and the actor who played him, so I was glad to see them replaced. I had actually stopped watching the show halfway through last season precisely because I couldn't stand Riggs anymore. I gave it a second chance at the start of this season after reading that he was leaving the show and I am glad I did, as I am really enjoying it now.
I agree the latest episode S3 Ep 13 was really enjoyable
