I thought that she was refering to phoebe and her, but I don't think phoebe was old enough to use a spoon the time that she was with ivy( i think that she is her mother).
I beliethat that the kidnapper held his brother and ivy in the basement

i don't think so cuz the girl was only reported missing after Ivy had already been found and if she was born via Mark and her, she would have never been reported missing
