I enjoyed watching the program but a few of the inconsistencies that annoyed me were:
1- they live in a big fancy house in Clifton yet drive a clapped out 51 plate car? The daughter who lives at home with her boyfriend, I assume to save money to get married and move drives a better car.
2- when the detective pulled out his IV line he just pulled off tape.
3- the bristolian accent is not a Cornwall accent, bristolian accent is something no actor can seem to grasp.
4- how the police boss did not really care about finding ivy towards the end, he just wanted to give the Scottish guy a good telling off.
shareI enjoyed it as well altogether though some things really bugged me too:
5- the police didn't think of putting a GPS tracker on Ivy in the mall. I think this would be standard procedure today in a situation like this.
6- making it Ivy's responsibility to save Phoebe then not doing anything in their power to get her back, it really annoyed me how they were considerate about the little girl's feelings but not about Ivy's life.
110% agree on the tracker they are so little he wouldn't have found it. She didn't even have her phone on her
shareIt had a lot more things wrong with it that has been listed here. I actually laughed out loud at one thing it was so pathetic. When I think about it I laughed out loud more than once.
Good program my arse. Pretty bloody poor frankly.
I kept thinking they could had put a small tracking device inside her so the kidnapper would know nothing about it even if he removed all her clothes and personal possessions but they went for a melodramatic ending.
It's that man again!!
