That is pure Hallmark--romanticizing mom and pop businesses as if they could survive in this era. You'll notice Hallmark is a giant corporation itself which has acquisitioned many other businesses. They play on people's feelings of nostalgia for small shops and department stores , while at the same time those same customers prefer to shop at discount big box stores.

Her butt looks great

Mine is the her first office bickering with Nick. Specifically, the last part - got goaded into playing Mrs. Claus and just as she was about to stride out, the classic(and possibly a distant nod to) Titanic's "This is my part of the ship; you leave." And the comical music was a nice touch.

definitely first time she put on the Mrs. Claus outfit... dayum
