Test results

During Bill's long emotional explanation of his thoughts/actions whilst holding the shotgun he says none of this would have happened if not for him having Parkinson's. Surely when Grace was texted, being an adult, her test results would have been sent to her and not to her father...which means that Bill wouldn't have known the result automatically and Grace would have known. ..unless Grace did know and chose to ignore it but Bill found the test results and was determined to act ??!?

They've taken liberties a bit for the purpose of narrative, but it's not a big issue.

There's no evidence Parkinson's is hereditary anyway and his kids are far too young for it to be detected anyway so it's the least of the show's problems!

Quite. I don't know why they didn't choose Huntingdon's Disease instead of Parkinsons. That would have been more believable.
