Timeline of events regarding the franchise and the doll?

So I've seen The Conjuring 1 and 2, and now Annabelle and Annabelle: creation. I'm a little confused as to the timeline of events. I suppose Annabelle: Creation is the first chronologically in the series. As I understand it, the doll became possessed, then the spirit went into the Annabelle orphan girl, who then ran away at the end and killed her adoptive parents. However, after this I'm not sure what happens to the doll? The doll in Creation was brand new, so it couldn't have been the doll from Creation?
Can anyone explain in order what happened throughout this series with the dolls?
